Publishing Inventories on the Internet

Publishing your inventory on the internet enables your fellow colleagues, customers and clients to access this information easily by logging in to the Eos Publish website. You can publish the inventory for selected Shipments or an entire Job.

To publish a Job online

  1. Click Jobs on the left of the screen and select a Job from the list.
  2. Click Publish.
  3. Enter your Settings by typing a reference number into the text box provided and select whether you’d like to automatically update your inventory with new Shipments. If you're publishing selected Shipments only skip to step 5
  4. Click Publish All Shipments to add your inventory to the Cloud. Job Publish If you're publishing the whole Job you've completed all the required steps.
  5. To manually include or exclude Shipments from your published inventory click on Next.
  6. Select the Shipment and click on Publish.
  7. Tick or Untick Shipment Published as required.

To give users access to your published inventory

  1. On the Jobs screen, click Publish then Users.
  2. Insert users by clicking Add and selecting the users from the pop-up window.
  3. Use the options provided to specify which details the user can see.

All Eos services are running normally
